Frequently Asked Questions
How do I purchase Memory Maker?
You can purchase Memory Maker through the My Disney Experience app once you have arrived in the US, or at the parks during your visit. To start viewing and downloading your photos, simply link your Disney account to Memory Maker and the MagicBand or card you used at the Disney PhotoPass locations.
How do I view my Memory Maker photos?
You can view your photos on the Disney PhotoPass website or My Disney Experience app. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your photos to appear in your account.
I purchased Memory Maker. When can I begin downloading my photos?
You can begin downloading your Memory Maker photos from the Disney PhotoPass website or the My Disney Experience app as soon as they become available in your My Disney account, or you can wait until you get home and download them all at once.
Photos can be downloaded as many times as you like until they expire.
When do Memory Maker photos expire?
Disney PhotoPass photos are subject to the Disney PhotoPass Expiration Policy and currently expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken.
Does Memory Maker include any physical photo prints or products?
Memory Maker gives you digital access to your Disney PhotoPass photos only. You can, however, purchase prints, Disney Photo Gifts and other products using your Disney PhotoPass photos on the Disney PhotoPass website.
How do I link attraction photos to my Disney Account using Memory Maker?
At selected attractions, you can link your photos at photo preview walls located near the exit. Simply tap your mobile device with a Disney MagicMobile pass, a park admission card or MagicBand to link your photos.
Can I let other people view my Disney PhotoPass photos online?
Yes! Through the Disney PhotoPass website and the My Disney Experience app, you can allow anyone on your Family & Friends list to view your Disney PhotoPass photos. Only those connected to your Family & Friends list are able to see your photos.
Photo sharing is set up one person at a time, so you can decide exactly who can view the Disney PhotoPass photos connected to your account.
To share your Disney PhotoPass photos:
- Log in to your MyDisney account on the Disney PhotoPass website or through the My Disney Experience app
- Go to your Family & Friends list to set sharing permissions
- Find the Guest you want to share your photos with and select “Update” to access and edit the photo sharing control.
Guests you share with can also purchase prints, digital downloads or keepsakes of any of your photos.
What should I do if I have any issues with my Disney PhotoPass photos?
If you experience any issues with your Disney PhotoPass photos, you can submit a query online or call Disney PhotoPass Guest Support at 00 800 2006 0809. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission to call.
Memory Maker
Memory Maker includes Disney PhotoPass® photos and other digital content taken during the Memory Maker window and linked to the Memory Maker guest’s Disney account.
If Memory Maker is sold or offered in combination with a park ticket, the Memory Maker window for that Memory Maker entitlement will be equal to the usage window of the associated park ticket and will automatically begin upon the first use of the associated park ticket. The Memory Maker window will end upon the sooner of either the expiration or depletion of the park ticket.
Photos and other digital content will expire pursuant to the expiration policy at https://www.disneyworld.eu/photopass-expiration-policy/. Valid theme park admission required for certain photo locations. Memory Maker is subject to Memory Maker terms at https://www.disneyworld.eu/photopass-terms-conditions/ and, if applicable, Family & Friends terms at https://www.disneyworld.eu/park-experience-terms-conditions/.
