Will I be charged if I need to call the Disney experts at the call centre?

If you call our Disney Experts on 00 800 2006 0809* (freephone) you should not be charged. However, please refer to your network operator for further information regarding rates.


I want to amend my booking. How do I do this?

The lead passenger can make changes to their reservation(s) by calling our Disney Experts on 00 800 2006 0809* (freephone) or 00 44 203 666 991** (charges apply), quoting the booking reference. You will be advised of any amendment charges. An updated invoice will be sent out to you or you can retrieve and review your booking details once the changes have been made by clicking on the Manage My Booking link below.

Can I book more than one room per reservation?

We are currently unable to book multiple rooms under one reference, therefore you would need to make separate reservations.


I want to cancel my booking or one or more of the passengers from my booking - how do I do this?

The lead passenger on your booking will need to write to us requesting the booking to be cancelled. This should be received in writing to Walt Disney Travel Company, 3 Queen Caroline Street, London, W6 9PE or by email to: disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com, quoting your booking reference.

We cannot accept any cancellations over the phone. You will then be invoiced for any outstanding monies or refunded any monies owing. For all other bookings, please call our Disney Experts on 00 800 2006 0809* (freephone) or 0044 203 666 9911** (charges apply).


I have just returned from holiday and would like to complain about a certain aspect of my holiday. How do I do this?

Please send any complaints in writing within 28 days of your return to: Walt Disney Travel Company, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9PE, United Kingdom or in an email to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com.
