Do I need a Theme Park Ticket Reservation?

Based upon the date(s) of your visit and ticket type, you may be required to make Theme Park reservations to enter a Theme Park. If your ticket requires Theme Park reservations, make them immediately after receiving your confirmation. Theme Park reservations are subject to availability. Visit www.disneyworld.eu/experience-updates/park-reservations/ to learn if your ticket requires Theme Park reservations.


How can I collect my tickets?

Now that you've purchased your ticket, follow these steps to access the magic by:

1. Visit My Disney Experience and link your ticket confirmation to your My Disney Experience account: www.MyDisneyExperience.eu

2. Based upon the date(s) of your visit and ticket type, you may be required to make Theme Park reservations to enter a Theme Park. If your ticket requires Theme Park reservations, make them immediately after receiving your confirmation. Theme Park reservations are subject to availability. Visit www.DisneyWorld.eu/experience-updates/park-reservations/ to learn if your ticket requires Theme Park reservations.

3. Use Disney MagicMobile service to access your ticket from your smartphone's digital wallet upon arrival at Walt Disney World® Resort OR visit a Theme Park ticket window.

Disney MagicMobile Service:

Skip a visit to the ticket window! (Some tickets may require you to visit a ticket window for activation.) Most tickets can be accessed using the digital wallet on an eligible iPhone®, Apple Watch®, or Android™ smartphone with Google Wallet™* using Disney MagicMobile service. Download the My Disney Experience app when you arrive at Walt Disney World® Resort and create a Disney MagicMobile pass. The app is intended for use in the United States of America only. Currently, the app is only available in English.

To create your Disney MagicMobile pass, select the menu icon in the lowerright corner of the My -DisneyExperience app's home screen. Then, select Disney MagicMobile and follow the instructions to add your Disney MagicMobile pass to your digital wallet.

You should see your Disney MagicMobile pass in the Apple Wallet® app on iPhone® and Apple Watch® or in the Google Wallet™ app on Android™ smartphones.

To enter a Theme Park, hold your mobile device containing your Disney MagicMobile pass near one of the touchpoints at a Theme Park entrance. Then, place your finger on the pad and watch for the green light.

Theme Park Ticket Window:

Alternatively, upon arrival, the person whose name is listed on the ticket confirmation can pick up their ticket order by presenting the ticket confirmation, along with a valid and properly matched government issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport), at Walt Disney World® Theme Park ticket windows or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs®. The order may not be released to anyone other than the person who is listed on the ticket confirmation.


How do tickets work?

We offer a range of ticket options so that you can experience the magic your way, whether you prefer to experience one theme park per day with our base ticket or opt for the ultimate flexibility with our Park Hopper Plus option.

First, select the number of days you would like to visit the Parks. Then, select the Theme Park Ticket option which works best for you, choose from:

• Theme Park Ticket – our base Theme Park Ticket offers you admission to one of our 4 magical Theme Parks per day.
• Ticket with Park Hopper Option – when adding our Park Hopper option, you’ll enjoy unlimited same-day entry to all 4 Theme Parks for the duration of your ticket so you can come and go as you please.
• Ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option – our Park Hopper Plus option allows you to enjoy unlimited daily admission to the 4 Theme Parks, plus you can enjoy one of the following experiences per day of your ticket: one visit to either Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park (whichever is open), one visit to ESPN Wide World of Sports, green fees at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, one round of mini golf at Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course or one round of mini golf at Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can order online?

You have the option to purchase up to 10 tickets. If you require more tickets, we kindly ask you to please call our Disney Experts on 00 800 2006 0809* (freephone) or 0044 203 666 9911** (charges apply). They will be able to assist you with additional bookings to ensure everyone can enjoy a magical experience at Walt Disney World.

How can I find out how many days are left on my tickets?

For details relating to your ticket, you can conveniently access the information on the My Disney Experience App.

Remember, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so ensure to make the most of every day of your tickets!


Are tickets transferable? Can I give them to someone else to use the remaining days?

No, please note that all Multi-Day Theme Park tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person. The person that uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.


Can I collect my Park Tickets prior to my check-in date?

Around 72 hours after booking you will receive an email confirmation, you can use the e-ticket reference number found under the barcode of your Ticket Confirmation to connect your tickets to the My Disney Experience app.

Alternatively, we will email you instructions on how to print your e-Ticket barcode if you wish to do so. Just bring this barcode and a photo ID to our Theme Park Ticket Windows upon arrival at the four Disney parks or Disney Springs.

Remember, some reservations, tickets, and purchases might not show up in the app on their own. To plan and share easily, it's best to link these items to your account. Once they're linked, you'll see your reservations and purchases in the My Plans section.


If I'm not staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, what kind of ticket can I buy for the Parks?

Where do I collect my Disney Gift Card?

To collect your Disney Gift Card purchased through Walt Disney Travel Company International, please take your voucher to the World of Disney Store in Disney Springs within 30 days of your arrival date during regular store hours (10.00am to approximately 10.30pm) 7 days a week. We recommend visiting the store prior to 5pm to avoid queuing. Upon arrival please reach out to a Cast Member who will guide you to a dedicated counter where they will be happy to assist you with collection. Don't forget, to claim your Disney Gift Card you will need:

• Your confirmation voucher
• A valid photo ID
• The email address associated with your booking

Your Disney Gift Card can be redeemed at World of Disney Store or other selected retail locations in Disney Springs, Disney Parks and Disney Resort hotels.


Can I bring in any size pushchair to the Disney Parks?

Our guidelines on pushchair sizes require them to be no larger than 31” (79cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long or smaller.
Wagons and stroller wagons are not permitted in the Disney Parks.
