How much is the deposit?

For holidays which include Disney World accommodation, the deposit amount is €65 per person if booked more than 8 weeks before departure. If you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before departure, the balance will be payable in full at time of booking.

Deposit payments cannot be made on ticket only bookings.

What payment methods do you accept?

Deposit payment is by debit or credit card when you book. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Switch and Delta.

When is the remaining balance due for my Holiday?

For holidays that include Disney World accommodation, the full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. However, if travel is within 8 weeks of making your booking, payment is required in full when you book the holiday.

How can I pay when the balance of my holiday is due?

You can choose to settle your balance by either debit or credit card over the telephone by calling our Disney Experts on 00 800 2006 0809* (Freephone) or 00 44 203 666 991** (charges apply). Alternatively, you can do this on-line by clicking on the Manage My Booking link.

When are the holiday vouchers and other tickets sent out?

For ticket only bookings, you will receive a printable e-ticket. For hotel only and hotel and ticket packages, your travel documents are sent out approximately 14-28 days prior to the departure date.

Is my payment safe online?

At Disney we are committed to keeping your information safe. Your credit and debit card details are both safe and secure online- our use of 3D secure adds an extra layer of protection to our guests when making credit or debit card payments. The way 3-D Secure works is by adding an authentication step, this is now a widely used process by a number of organisations accepting online payments.
