Why have you started charging for resort hotel parking?

We evaluate and adjust our pricing based on a variety of factors. This change is consistent with full-service hotels within the industry and aligns with our other Resort practices in the US at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim and Aulani in Hawaii.

Will every Guest be charged to park a car?

Overnight resort parking charges are applicable to Disney Resort Hotel Guests who book on or after 21st March 2018. However, Guests residing in the UK or Ireland will not be charged for overnight resort parking until 31st December 2019.

Disney Vacation Club Members will not be charged for standard overnight self-parking when staying at a DVC Deluxe Villa, regardless of whether they use vacation points or another form of payment. DVC Members also will not be charged to park when using vacation points to stay at a Disney Resort Hotel.

Overnight self-parking will be complimentary for Guests with disabilities.

How much are the overnight self-parking charges?

The standard overnight self-parking charges per resort category are:

• Disney Value Resorts: $13 per night
• Disney Moderate Resorts: $19 per night
• Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts: $24 per night

Why does the price differ from resort to resort?

Our resort hotels fall into three categories – value, moderate and deluxe – and the self-parking rate is based on the category of hotel where the Guest is staying.

Do these prices include applicable tax?

Yes.

Is valet service still available?

Yes, valet service at deluxe resorts is still available for $33 per night. The valet charge will include the standard parking charge. Complimentary valet parking is available for Guests with disabilities.
